Help Your Child Learn Sportsmanship, Skill & Teamwork through our Youth T-ball Program
The Recreation Authority of Roseville & Eastpointe has long been known for helping children progress in their understanding of sports fundamentals. The Recreation Authority continues this commitment through its 2015 T-ball program. Designed for boys and girls, 5 – 6 years of ages, our program will help them experience the fun and camaraderie that T-ball has to offer and prepare them for the Recreation Authority’s Youth Baseball and Softball “big leagues!”
Benefits of the Recreation Authority’s Youth T-ball program include:
Introduces Players to the Fundamentals of the Sport
Players will learn basic skills, including proper stance while hitting off a Tee, fielding, and throwing techniques.
Improved Social Skills through Team Work
Our program emphasizes proactive learning alongside friends and teammates. Players will get to know kids of the same age and experience levels and grow together while enjoying the game of baseball.
This Non-Competitive League will Improve Self-Esteem and Help Motivate Children to achieve Individual Success
The Recreation Authority’s T-ball program will introduce children to the basics of baseball and softball, within a lighthearted and encouraging atmosphere. Boys and girls will thrive while exploring their passion for the sport.
All programs utilize the participants age as of May 1st 2017
