Recommended for participants of all ages and abilities, our Basic Yoga classes will help you release tension from your body and balance your spiritual energy. Each class is taught by a certified Yoga instructor from Fitness RX. Interested participants must enroll 1-week in advance of the class start date. Classes are held on Monday & Thursday evenings. Participants must be at least 14 years of age to participate and those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. This workout will strengthen, stretch and tone your entire body. This class is also very easy on the joints and delivers an effective workout that you will love no matter what your fitness level.
