BASIC YOGA

Basic Yoga releases the body and mind from tension allowing you to regain balance and energy.  You will regain balance and energy.  You will learn the fundamental postures of yoga.  Basic  yoga is recommended for everyone.  Please bring a yoga mat to class.  Classes are taught by a registered Yoga instructor from Fitness RX.  Minimum enrollment of 6 students is required; maximum enrollment is 20 students.  Must register 1-week in advance of class start date.
Minimum class enrollment is 6 students

MONDAYS - 6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. 
Session I:     
March 18 - May 6 (8 weeks)
Session II:     
May 13 - July 8 (8 weeks, No class 5/27)
Session III:    
July 15 - August 5 (4 weeks)

THURSDAYS - 6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. 
Session I:       
March 21 - may 16 (8 weeks, No class 4/4)
Session II:     
May 23 - July 18 (8 weeks, No class 7/4)
Session III:     
July 25 - August 15 (4 weeks)

If space is available, drop-in participation is welcome.  The drop-in rate is $10 per class and must be paid by check, money order or debit / credit card.  NO CASH ACCEPTED AFTER 4:00 P.M. AT THE RECREATION CENTER.
